1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Chetak Cranes & Company ('the Company'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.
2. Services
Chetak Cranes & Company provides crane rental, girder launching, and piling services. All services are subject to equipment availability, site conditions, and mutual agreement on scope, schedule, and commercial terms.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations issued by Chetak Cranes & Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, mobilisation requirements, and statutory levies.
4. Liability
Chetak Cranes & Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from force majeure events, site conditions outside our control, or misrepresentation of load data by the client. Our liability is limited to the direct value of services rendered.
5. Safety Obligations
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment at the project site, including adequate access, a clear lift zone, and provision of accurate load and site data. Chetak Cranes' operators reserve the right to halt lifts if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as mutually agreed in the service agreement. Delayed payments attract interest at 18% per annum. Chetak Cranes reserves the right to suspend services for outstanding payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and data — is the intellectual property of Chetak Cranes & Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
