Chetak Cranes & Company is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to oversee our crane rental operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead projects from planning to completion.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians.
• Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee crane maintenance and inspections.
• Client Interaction: Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 7-10 years in crane operations or related field; 3 years in leadership.
• Certifications: PE license or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of crane operations, project management, leadership, problem-solving, and relevant software.
